Computer & Technology
Computers & Technology is the need of this era. By remaining abreast with the modern technology, the aim is to ensure that by the time the child progresses to Senior Section, they will have an understanding of basic fundamentals of the computer systems and applications.
We believe Primary education should provide a Strong Foundation of Knowledge in any individual. Thus we have defined structured modular tutorial programs to help create a Continuous Learning process for the students & help gain deep understanding of every subject.
Every month, one week is assigned where revision is completed under the supervision of the class teachers. Students who need extra tutorials are coached free of cost. After school hours, all children are encouraged to spend their free time reading and improving their language skills. As per School’s policy private tuitions are not encouraged. Parents and guardians are requested not to approach teachers at their homes or at school for taking private tuitions as it disturbs the smooth functioning of the institution. If there is a need to have a private tuition, parents/guardians should engage with a tuitor after consultation with the Principal.
After every topic a review is done, and the performance of the student is noted. The aim is to ensure that the students have understood the course work and do not resort to rote learning. Thus, the students are continuously assessed and all subject teachers give a detailed report at the end of every term. The class teacher, all subject teachers and the headmaster continuously monitors each child's performance.
It is an integral part of the school curriculum by which the students learn tolerance, hard work and sportsmanship. EFA is committed to offer students a chance to learn and excel in a wide variety of sporting related activities through qualified physical education teachers & several talented sports persons from the local area.
